Due to the COVID-19 constraints for all PUSD campuses, the Ganesha High School campus access is limited. If you need verification that you graduated from high school, and/or need an Official or Un-Official transcript, please see your options below:


Requesting School Documents, Transcripts, Proof of Enrollment, etc:


Transcripts Only:

If you graduated in 2003 or earlier, your transcript requests MUST be done through the PUSD Mailroom/Archive Office. Phone #: (909) 397-5050

If you graduated or have been enrolled between 2004 to the present, you have the following options:

Access the GHS website (http://ganesha.pusd.org/) and click Transcripts on the top right corner or under the Student Tab and that will take you to the parchment.com website. Please follow the prompts for setting up and account.

This service is on contract with Pomona Unified School District and will allow the Ganesha Registrar to send your transcripts electronically to any requested institution or specific address. This processing usually takes about 3-5 business days currently.

The Registrar cannot electronically send documents from a district email address. So Parchment.com is the best way to obtain your document in a timely manner.


All Other Types of Requests (including Transcripts):

Access the Ganesha website and under Our School, select Request Records. Fill out the online form and your request will be emailed to a staff member for processing. Please allow a minimum of 3 school business days for your document(s) to be completed and ready for pickup or mailed out.

There is limited access to our campus but the Administration Office at Ganesha will be open for retrieval/pickup  of requested documents.
